Estimate the cooling-energy & cost savings from a lower indoor temperature after applying Amicoat
Adjust the values to match your project. Defaults reflect a typical Sri Lankan commercial space.
Based on the reduction in sensible cooling load.

The coating lowers the indoor air temperature the AC must hold, so each volume of air handled is cooled by a smaller ΔT. The continuous sensible load avoided is:
Q (W) = ρ × V × ACH/3600 × cp × ΔT
with air density ρ = 1.2 kg/m³, specific heat
cp = 1005 J/kg·K. Electricity = thermal load ÷ COP,
integrated over operating hours × days. Cost = kWh × tariff;
CO&sub2; = kWh × grid factor.
Indicative estimate only. Real savings also depend on solar exposure, roof/wall U-values, insulation, humidity (latent load) and AC sizing. This model counts the sensible-cooling reduction from ventilation/infiltration air at the chosen ΔT. For a validated figure, consult JAT Holdings / an energy auditor.
